I had arranged an appointment with the contact lens specialist in Folkestone (my optician is in ashford) but neither my details or lenses had been sent through so I had to make another appointment a week later. The staff were exceedingly apologetic & helpful which made up for it. I found it strange that all of Boots client details aren't available on one database that is accessible for every branch considering you have the option to visit different branches.

The team were very friendly, helpful and knowledgable of the products and services. I was given good advice about suitable glasses and contact lenses and made to feel age awe during my eye checks
